**01** APOLOGIES TO THE FANS FOR THE SHORT GIG ***

The band wish to apologise for the short gig of their official live
comeback, which happened at the Bier Keller in Manchester last Sunday night
(September 19th) as part of the showcase for  the music seminar In The City.
Gabrielles Wish were headlining that night and the other bands preceding
them just took too much time, the promoters of the event decided to finish
the performance.
The band is not responsible for what happened, of course they opposed to the
decision in fact, but were forced to get off the stage after only three
songs.
Gabrielles Wish are very sorry for the fans who had been waiting all these
months before seeing them again on stage, and paid £5 for the ticket to get
only those few minutes.
Any complaints should be directed to Blowout, who are only the promoters of
the event and not the live promoters of the band.

**02** SUCCESSFUL SECRET LIVE RETURN ***

Even if the official comeback in Manchester has been so short because of bad
management from the event promoters, luckily the secret gig was a success at
least: Gabrielles Wish played their gig since reforming Friday, September
17th at the Castle in Manchester.
The venue was packed and the audience and the band enjoyed the performance.

**03** KAREN LEATHAM JOINS GABRIELLES WISH ***

Karen Leatham, former bassist in Wonky Alice (band featuring also former
Gabrielles Wish producer Yves Altana) and The Fall has joined Gabrielles Wish
as keyboardist and second bassist.
She made her live debut with the band at The Castle.
Karen gave this quote to the Gabrielles Wish official site:
'I am honoured to be playing in one of my favourite bands, when driving to
practise I feel like I can't wait to get playing.'

**04** NEW MP3 TRACK FOR FREE DOWNLOAD! ***

I Agree, coming from the unreleased Unit 7 EP (produced by Yves Altana in
1999), can be downloaded from the Manchester Music site (at the bottom of
this page:

couldn't write better words than the site's own review:
"'I Agree' is a wonderful, stormy attack of grinding bass lines and effected
